The Mine, a creative space of Dubai, has just presented this week its first Urban Art group show. 11 street artists from Barcelona presents exclusive works on the other side of the world. And as you can see, the selection of artists is very good since it includes famous street artists such as Btoy, Pez, Ivana Flores, Xupete, Mag.1, Pajares, Olivia or Francisco de Pájaro (better known as “Art is Trash”) who will also produce one of his street installations live at The Mine.
“Unsanctioned Art” is the name of this collective urban show, although most of the participants can surely testify that street art in Barcelona is not so “unsanctioned”…
The opening ceremony featured the excellent documentary “Las Calles Hablan” about Barcelona’s urban art scene. You can watch it here.
The show will take place until October, 4th, and the truth is that we highly recommend it!
